The Bennington and Catamount Rotary Four Way Test Contest
April 1, 2015
This year the contest took place in
the Career Development Center
Conference Room. There were ten
students, all of whom were
articulate and well prepared. Each
student had selected a topic of
great importance and had
researched it well.
The third place winner was
William Buckley (not shown) who
spoke about a man who became his
friend when he worked serving
dinners to the homeless. He won
The second place winner was
Benjamin Michon who spoke
about three local schools that were
doing better than many outside of
Bennington realized, MAUHS,
Community College and
Bennington College. He won $200.
The first place winner was Baha
Hamadna, an exchange student
from Palestine who showed what
life would be like in Bennington if
there were the same barriers
erected that there are in Palestine.
He won an ipad. The first place
winner will go the semi-finals in
Henniker, New Hampshire.
